In early 2007 Ron Toigo, of Shato Holdings Ltd. Came to Pin Point Productions with a desire to create a video that would demonstrate to committees and stakeholders, his vision of a new residential community. The Tsawwassen Golf and Country Club Redevelopment would feature 243 apartments, 194 bare land strata units in duplex and single family dwelling form, a new golf course clubhouse with a publicly accessible spa and gym, and a pathway system. All of this, and an upgraded, redesigned golf course.
Pinpoint went to work that summer on a highly detail oriented shoot, using every means possible to showcase a facility that had not yet been built. Preproduction consisted of multiple revisions of script and storyboard as well as casting of talent and securing of film locations. Using an array of professional equipment, from jib arms to dolly track our production team was able to capture stunning footage in full HD quality. The final product brings to light the layout of the entire development, using high-end computer animation to simulate breathtaking views as the observer flies over this enchanting community on the edge of the world.
